| Standard dispatch times are next working day, for in stock items however in periods of high demand this may be as long as 4 working days. Items on back order will show at check out and on average take up to 10 working days for dispatch. Your account will show exact times and you will be notified at check out. | |
Your goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail. You will receive an e-mail telling you that your items have been dispatched and your account will be updated with the most recent status of your items. If an item is not delivered we will track it for you. Those items sent first class are expected to arrive within 24 -48 hours of dispatch, please allow 3-5 days for second class items.
On the very rare occasion an item is lost or not delivered we are bound by the terms of our carriers and will have to wait 15 working days for delivery. We will however track it and in most instances we are able to trace where and when an item was delivered and solve the problem in a much shorter time frame.
Means you get your items as soon as possible, we split your order into as many consignments as necessary and you won't pay any extra. We also pick priority orders first and prioritise them over Free Delivery orders. At check out we will mark the items that are due into stock shortly with an asterisk. Your in-stock items will be despatched first class within two working days of your order, however at periods of high demand this may increase to three to four. If you're in any doubt as to when an item is due to be despatched, you're more than welcome to log into your account which will show the latest status of your order. You will also be emailed every time an item is despatched. Or of course, there is always a helpful Customer Services Representative at the end of the phone should you prefer to call, on 0845 094 9434.
Advantages for Priority Delivery
Means we will wait for all your items to come into stock before we despatch them. This is ususally10 working days if you have purchased products that are on order. These are marked with an asterisk at check out. Sometimes we may choose to ship your order separately, but you won't be charged for this.
Can I up-date my shipping method if I want things quicker?
Yes you can do so simply by logging into your account and selecting that option
Can I see how long my order will take?
Yes, again simply by logging into your account, you can see how long we expect to take to despatch your items
Do you keep Credit Card details?
No you will still need to put your credit card details in each time you order, this is more secure and until we are happy with the security we can offer you we won't retain details.
