I am SO impressed with your customer service that I simply must write to tell you so.

Placing my order with your company for a pair of skechers shape ups was easy. Monitoring their despatch etc through my account details was reassuring but nothing could be better than to have received them at my home in Greece only 5 days after their despatch – 5 days which included a weekend! They arrived courtesy of my Greek postie this morning, Monday. I only placed the order last Tuesday. I have already worn them today. I am so pleased with them and even more pleased with your company. Not only did I get the best possible online service I’ve ever had, you provided that service for a very reasonable P&P charge. I can’t sing your praises enough. I shall be telling all my friends and family to shop with you. I shall certainly be placing further orders with you and I shall hold you up as a beacon of excellence when I deal with other companies (and there are many, because living in Greece, my only recourse to retail therapy is online!!! The shops are dire and the service even worse!).

I also love the friendly way in which you courteously outline the process for returns..(not that I need to on this occasion)....it’s so refreshing to read. I have never felt so reassured in dealing with a retail outlet online or indeed in store.

I am in the RAF and am currently serving in Iraq. A friend introduced me to your website and I was most impressed, I ordered a running top and bottoms and one of your 109 Sports Bras – they have all been absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately after wearing it just twice, the sports bra disappeared from my tent which was most disappointing – perhaps you make them a little bit too well?! Anyway, I just wanted to say what a great selection of kit you have and I shall certainly be telling my friends about you.

I just wanted to write to you to let you know how impressed I was with the service I received today at your Brighton shop today The shop assistant (I wish I had taken her name down) was so helpful and was a great ambassador for your stores. She was knowledgeable, polite, and couldn’t do enough to help. I have been looking for a sports bra for a long time , and even though the one I required wasn’t in stock in the shop she directed me to your web site which has resulted in two bras being purchased! If you could thank her I would appreciate it, I was in the store on the 22nd of October at 10.30!

I just wanted to say thank you for some truly great service. A few days ago I went to my local sports shop to get some stuff that their website said they always had instock - they didn't.

It took a while searching online to find somewhere that stocked 1000 mile socks AND Camelbacks (it's a surprising rare combo) - as I was eager to order from one place and save in postage. I knew I needed them fast as I'm off on a 10 day training holiday on Saturday. I duly ordered from you. Then I received an email saying that the camelback was out of stock. I instantly called but was told that the website person was away and they'd call me tomorrow.
I was very sceptical and thought that the chances of my order getting to me before I went away was slim.

I called on Thursday morning and spoke to a very helpful chap - I explained that if you had the came back dream I wanted in any other colour that wasn't out of stock I'd happily take it.
During this conversation he also said a pair of socks was out of stock and would I like to chose another colour - this was brilliant initiative.

All this said the whole caboodle arrived this morning - it's brilliant. Great service from internet orders is appreciated just as much as great service in person - you just don't have to smile as much.
